A native of New Jersey, Chet has lived and worked in New York City and Philadelphia. He has two adult children who both live in the Philadelphia area.

Chet moved to Sarasota because of its beautiful water features and to take advantage of the numerous recreational and cultural activities available in Sarasota and the surrounding areas of Siesta Key, Osprey, and Venice. A licensed Coast Guard captain, he is passionate about boating and showing newcomers and existing residents Sarasota waterfront properties by water.
